Consti has spent his career close to the action, first inside fast-growing startups and later at some of Germany’s leading VCs. In September 2026 he joined Peak, where he covers the DACH market from the new Munich office.
He started his career at Mercedes-Benz, then moved into startups. From business development at Tourlane to growth hacking at numa, helping build the hospitality-tech company from the inside in the very early days. Along the way, he got his first taste of venture at FoodLabs and Earlybird. From 2024 to 2026, he was an investor at the German deeptech and climate VC eCAPITAL, sourcing and backing five early-stage tech companies. He studied at WHU and at LUISS in Rome (his happy place).
