Some background: we started publishing VC and market maps back in 2016 for founders, fellow investors, and other stakeholders in the ever growing tech ecosystem. With over a year since our last landscape mapping out the venture capital ecosystem, we thought it is prime time for an update.
This time around, we’ve narrowed down on tech venture capital. We decided to leave out accelerators, incubators, corporate investors, health specific investors, and alternative financing partners, such as crowdsourcing. These sectors are worth a map and more on their own (hint hint 😉).
More importantly, we’ve expanded beyond the Netherlands. We hereby present our first ever: Benelux Venture Capital Map! Welcome to the party, Belgium and Luxembourg. 🎉
