Berlin-based PropTech assetbird has received 2.4 million euros from 468 Capital and IBB Ventures. Founded in 2020 by Tobias Dochow, Nico Kramp and Christian Sauer, the company has established itself in the industry with its software solution for digital property purchasing. The assetbird platform enables the automated recording and prioritisation of property offers as well as the evaluation of market data. The funding will be invested in the further development of the platform and the expansion of the team.
The Viennese mixed reality startup NXRT has closed a €4.5 million investment round led by Mangrove Capital Partners. Other investors include AborEleven Ventures, eQventure and CADFEM International. The funds raised will primarily be used to expand into other EU countries, extend the product range and strengthen the team in the areas of development and sales.
