He combines theoretical knowledge with a hands-on approach, always preferring smart, scalable solutions over quick fixes. From accounting deep dives to performance management, it’s about making things clearer, neater, and more efficient.
In his free time, Koen enjoys a good Sudoku, playing tennis, or teaming up for a board game—always looking for the right strategy and a bit of friendly competition.
